Unilytic is a full-stack inventory management platform built specifically for Amazon FBA sellers who run their own warehouses. It turns your raw Amazon Inventory Ledger into a daily, actionable send list — telling you exactly which SKUs need stock, how many units to ship, and to which fulfillment center — before you stock out and lose rank.
The core problem it solves
Managing FBA inventory across multiple warehouses with a spreadsheet is a daily grind. You download the ledger CSV, massage the data in Excel, calculate days-of-stock remaining per SKU, figure out which warehouse has surplus, decide how many units to send, then repeat tomorrow. One wrong formula or a missed row and you're stocked out for days while a competitor takes your customers. Unilytic replaces that entire workflow with a structured, auditable system that runs in minutes rather than hours.
How it works
Upload your Amazon Inventory Ledger as a CSV — or connect directly via the Amazon SP-API for automatic daily syncing across all 12 supported marketplaces (India, US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Japan, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands). Unilytic parses tens of thousands of rows, groups inventory by SKU and warehouse, applies your configurable days-of-stock and minimum-quantity thresholds, and produces a prioritized shipment plan. You can also maintain a local stock register alongside your FBA positions, giving you a unified view of inventory you hold in your own facility vs. what's live at the fulfillment center.
Key features
Inventory Dashboard: The central view shows every SKU's FBA position across every warehouse — on-hand, inbound, days of stock remaining, and the recommended send quantity. Filters by warehouse, disposition category, and SKU let you slice the data quickly. The dashboard supports time-travel via a date picker, so you can replay the exact ledger state from any historical date to understand what was true then.
Shipment Planning: Create shipments directly from the dashboard. Each shipment captures the SKU, destination warehouse, and unit count. Pending shipments feed into the Analytics page's "Future Stock" projection, so you see where stock will land before it arrives. Every shipment is logged with a timestamp and the user who created it.
Multi-warehouse Dispositions: Unilytic understands the full FBA disposition taxonomy — sellable, unfulfillable, reserved, inbound — broken out per warehouse. The analysis engine aggregates across dispositions so you always work from a true net available figure, not a raw on-hand number that includes units Amazon can't ship.
Sales Analytics: Built-in sales trend charts and growth metrics let you compare period-over-period performance per SKU and warehouse. The Future Stock projection overlays pending shipments onto the trend line so you can spot incoming stockouts before they happen.
Claims & Vendor Returns: Dedicated views for FBA claims and vendor return history, so your operations team can track money owed by Amazon and supplier return status without leaving the tool.
Audit Log: Every action — shipment creation, role changes, CSV uploads, SP-API syncs — is written to a tamper-evident log with user identity and timestamp. The Pro plan retains 30 days of history; Business retains 90 days.
Automated Emails: Unilytic sends configurable automated emails for key events (shipments, sales summaries, claims activity), with monthly send limits per plan tier.
Team & organization support: Invite your team members by email. Role-based access (Owner → Admin → Member) ensures the right people can write shipments and manage settings while read-only members can view reports. All data is scoped to your organization, so you can safely add a logistics partner or VA without exposing billing or settings.
Built for the Indian market
Unilytic is priced in INR and billed via Razorpay, so there are no forex conversion surprises. Support comes directly from the founder — not a ticketing queue — with email response times measured in hours, not days. The product was built inside a real Amazon India FBA business (Kids Station, a baby safety brand), so every feature addresses a pain point the founder faced personally.
Pricing
A 30-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, the Pro plan is ₹2,499/month (currently discounted from ₹3,499) and supports up to 10 team members, 200,000 inventory rows, 500 SKUs, and 25 warehouses. The Business plan at ₹4,999/month (discounted from ₹7,499) scales to 25 members, 1,000,000 rows, 2,000 SKUs, and 50 warehouses.
Technical reliability
The backend is a FastAPI service running on AWS with a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. Authentication uses Supabase JWT (ES256) validated against a JWKS endpoint — no shared secrets. The frontend is a React/TypeScript single-page app deployed on Cloudflare Workers for fast global delivery. All data transmission is encrypted in transit; your inventory data is never sold or shared with third parties.
